After showing up late for a Black Eyed Peas concert due to "traffic," Fergie seemed to have a little problem with some wet legs. Seems she apparently couldn't hold back, and had to pee her pants while on stage. We're not going to say she was drinking, but we're not saying she WASN'T either.
